Welcome to ParentsEye. These Terms & Conditions lay out the rules for using our website (https://www.parentseye.in), mobile apps, GPS devices, dashboards, and anything else connected to our school bus tracking services (together, we call these the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to follow these Terms.
When you register, log in, or use ParentsEye, you’re saying you’ve read and understood these Terms & Conditions, and you accept them. If you don’t agree, please stop using the Services.
ParentsEye gives you GPS tracking for school buses, real-time location updates, estimated time of arrival (ETA), alerts, notifications, and analytics to help keep student transportation safe. Features can vary depending on your school setup, hardware, and network quality.
ParentsEye is meant for parents, guardians, school staff, transport operators, and other authorized users. You need to give accurate, complete info when you register. You’re responsible for keeping your login details safe and for anything that happens with your account.
You agree to:
Use the Services only as intended and follow the law
Not try to hack, misuse, or get unauthorized access to the platform
Keep your login details private—don’t share them with anyone who shouldn’t have them
Tell ParentsEye right away if you think your account’s been compromised
We work to keep ParentsEye accurate and running smoothly, but sometimes things like GPS signal loss, network outages, hardware issues, or even the weather can get in the way.
We can’t promise the Services will always be available or 100% accurate.
There may be times we need to take the Services offline for maintenance or upgrades.
Things like location, ETA, and alerts are provided on a best-effort basis. We’re not responsible for delays or errors that happen because of things outside our control.
Some features or services might require a subscription fee, depending on agreements with your school or transport provider. If we ever need to change our pricing, we’ll let you know in advance.
Everything on ParentsEye—software, content, trademarks, logos, designs, and other materials—belongs to us. Don’t copy, reproduce, or share any of it without permission.
We can suspend or end your access at any time, without warning, if you break these Terms, misuse the Services, or if the law requires it.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ParentsEye isn’t responsible for any indirect or special damages that come from:
Using or being unable to use the Services
Service interruptions or inaccurate data
Lost data or delayed communications
If you misuse the Services or break these Terms, you agree to cover any claims, damages, or losses that come our way because of it.
Sometimes we use third-party services like SMS gateways, maps, or analytics tools. We’re not responsible for how well these work or if they’re available.
We might update these Terms from time to time. If you keep using the Services after we make changes, you’re agreeing to the new Terms.
Indian law governs these Terms, and any disputes will go to the courts in Maharashtra.
